Location: Dartford
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 basic + Uncapped OTE up to £60,000
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
🚗 Join a Leading German Brand Dealership as a Vehicle Technician in Dartford! We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join a prestige German brand dealership in Dartford. This role offers a competitive salary with uncapped earnings potential, career progression, and a supportive working environment.
💼 What We Offer:
- Basic Salary: £30,000 – £35,000, plus uncapped OTE up to £60,000.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm, with 1 in 3 Saturdays (half-day).

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Service, repair, and maintain vehicles to the highest standards in line with manufacturer specifications.
- Carry out diagnostic work, repairs, and replacements efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of all diagnostics, repairs, and parts used.
- Work collaboratively with the team to provide excellent service and meet customer expectations.
✅ Minimum Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance.
- 2+ years of experience working as a Vehicle Technician in a dealership environment (or similar).
- A full UK driving license.
- Strong technical knowledge and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
