Location: Bideford, Devon
Salary: £40,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (No weekends)

About the Role We are seeking a skilled and motivated Vehicle Technician to join our dedicated team in Bideford. You will be responsible for carrying out servicing, repairs, and maintenance on a wide range of vehicles, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out routine servicing, maintenance, and mechanical repairs on various vehicles
• Diagnose and repair faults using modern diagnostic equipment
• Prepare vehicles for MOT testing and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Conduct safety checks and quality inspections on completed work
• Maintain accurate records of all work carried out and parts used
• Work efficiently as part of a team to maintain workshop productivity and high customer satisfaction

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair – essential
• Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician, Mechanic, or similar role
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical problem-solving skills
• Full UK Driving Licence – essential
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality workmanship
