Job Title: Workshop Plant Fitter
Location: West Bromwich
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 + Bonus Scheme
Schedule: Monday to Friday – Day Shift
Overtime: Paid at time and a half

Workshop Plant Fitter – Job Role:
- Carry out service, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of plant machinery (excavators, dumpers, rollers, telehandlers, etc.)
- Perform fault finding and diagnostics in a workshop environment
- Ensure all machinery is compliant, safe, and ready for hire or return to customers
- Complete job cards and service documentation accurately
- Maintain high standards of health & safety and cleanliness in the workshop
Workshop Plant Fitter – Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in Plant Maintenance or equivalent (preferred)
- Experience working with plant or construction equipment
- Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical fault-finding skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Good communication and time management skills
