Accident Management Executive
Location: Hampton, South West London
Salary: £27,500 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Holt Automotive Recruitment are currently working with a leading fleet and automotive business who are looking for an Accident Management Executive to join their team in Hampton.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and customer-focused individual looking to build or develop their career within accident management, fleet, automotive administration or claims.

The Role As an Accident Management Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and accurate administration of accident-related activity, while providing support to other areas of the business.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Completing all Accident Management administration accurately and within agreed timescales.
• Following departmental processes, work instructions and company procedures.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.
• Liaising with internal departments to ensure information is communicated effectively.
• Providing support and guidance to areas of the business that interact with the Accident Management department.
• Assisting with the efficient progression of accident-related cases.
• Ensuring a high level of service is maintained throughout the process.
• Escalating issues where appropriate and assisting with their resolution.
• Working as part of a wider team to achieve departmental targets and objectives.

About You We are looking for someone who is:

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident communicating with colleagues and customers.
• Comfortable working with administration and following structured processes.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively.
• A strong team player with a proactive approach.
• Confident using computer systems and Microsoft Office.
• Professional, reliable and customer-focused.

Previous experience within accident management, automotive, fleet, insurance, claims or a similar administrative environment would be advantageous, but is not essential for the right candidate.
