Job Title: Master Vehicle Technician
Location: Coventry
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm; 1 in 4 Saturdays, 8:30 am – 12:00 pm

Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and fix vehicle faults using advanced diagnostic equipment and a systematic approach
- Consult with customers to understand and address their vehicle issues
- Stay updated on the latest vehicle technology and repair techniques
- Perform high-standard diagnosis, repairs, and servicing
- Follow safe working practices and consult colleagues for complex issues
- Utilize diagnostic equipment and road testing to ensure quality work
- Complete service documentation in accordance with warranty and dealership requirements
- Maintain high workshop housekeeping standards and proper use of tools
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver excellent customer service
Minimum Requirements:
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent)
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience in a dealership setting as a Master Vehicle Technician or similar
- License: Valid UK Driving License required; MOT license preferred but not essential
