Job Title: Automotive Service Advisor

Salary: £34,000 OTE
Holt Recruitment are recruiting for a Service Advisor to join a thriving, family-run dealership in the Haywards Heath area.
You’ll be a representative of a very successful Premium brand, calling customers into the workshop for repairs, services and MOT’s, and if you’re looking for a role with Training with a great customer base, this could be the next step in your career.
What’s in it for you?
- Competitive salary: £34,000 which includes uncapped commission for team targets (total labour sales) and individual targets.
- Hours Monday – Friday 8am – 6pm with 1 hour unpaid lunchbreak (9 hours per day)
- Work-life balance: 1 Saturday morning every 4 weeks 8:30-12:30pm (that’s it!)
- Training:- The works. Full Manufacturer training and accreditation with the brand.
Requirements?
- A driving licence
- The ability to deal with a million-and-one admin tasks, whilst making phone calls updating customers on the status of their vehicle.
- Experience in a role that involves some level of suggestive selling techniques.
