Vehicle Technician – Tamworth – Main Dealership
Location: Tamworth
Salary: Up to £36,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications)
Bonus: £9,000 OTE + uncapped bonus + 3-month guaranteed bonus upon joining
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Saturdays: On rota
Our client, a reputable main dealership in Tamworth, is looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their busy service department. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career in a supportive and dynamic environment while working on a wide range of vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance, servicing, and repairs on motor vehicles to the highest standards.
- Diagnose and resolve faults efficiently and effectively.
Minimum Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.
- At least 2 years’ experience working as a Vehicle Technician/Car Mechanic in a dealership or similar environment.
- A full UK driving license.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
