Vehicle Technician – Main Dealership – Dereham
Salary: Up to £38,000 (dependent on qualifications, accreditations & skills)
Bonus: Generous bonus scheme
Working Hours: 40 hours a week

Our client, a trusted main dealership in Dereham, is looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their busy Service Department. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated technician to develop their career within a reputable dealership, with clear opportunities for growth and progression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance, service, and repair work on motor vehicles to the highest standards.
- Diagnose faults and complete repairs in an effective and efficient manner.
- Ensure all tasks are completed thoroughly in line with dealership quality standards.
- Contribute to the smooth running of the service department and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
- At least 2 years’ post-qualification experience working as a Vehicle Technician/Car Mechanic, ideally in a dealership environment.
- A valid UK driving license.
