Job Title: MOT Tester / Technician
Location: Melton Mowbray
Salary: £26,000 to £40,000 + Average uncapped bonus of £5,800 per year (with potential to earn more)
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule: 5 days a week + Saturdays on rota

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct MOT tests in compliance with DVSA regulations
- Diagnose and repair a range of vehicle faults
- Assist with light vehicle maintenance when not performing MOTs
Requirements:
- MOT Licence: Current MOT Testing Licence
- Qualifications: Qualified to IMI/NVQ Level 3 Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
- Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience as an MOT Tester/Technician
- License: Full UK driving license with no more than 9 points
- This role requires you to carry out mechanical duties alongside MOT Testing
