Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of engineers, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the engineering department.
- Ensure the safety, reliability, and performance of our fleet.
- Develop and implement engineering maintenance schedules and programs.
- Manage budget and resources effectively, ensuring optimum use of materials, tools, and personnel.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and continuous improvements.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.
- Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to your engineering team.
About You:
- Proven experience in engineering management, ideally in the transport or fleet industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Ability to manage resources effectively and ensure high operational standards.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
