Bus Driver / PSV Driver / PCV Driver Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate buses along designated routes, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service to passengers, assisting with inquiries and ensuring a comfortable journey.
- Maintain a clean and presentable bus interior, including regular cleaning and sanitization procedures.
- Adhere to strict schedules and timelines, ensuring on-time arrivals and departures.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the safety and functionality of the bus.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members to coordinate routes and respond to emergencies.
Bus Driver / PSV Driver / PCV Driver Requirements:
- Valid UK Driver’s License with Category D entitlement.
- CPC qualification.
- Proven experience as a Bus Driver, with a clean driving record.
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanour.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
