Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day Shifts (No Weekends)

What You’ll Do
- Leadership: Oversee and inspire a dedicated team of engineers, ensuring top-notch performance, safety, and efficiency.
- Maintenance Oversight: Plan and coordinate the maintenance, servicing, and repair of our fleet to keep buses running safely and on time.
- Compliance: Ensure all activities meet legal, regulatory, and company standards.
- Resource Management: Manage budgets, inventory, and schedules to optimise operations.
- Hands-On Support: When needed, roll up your sleeves to support technical troubleshooting and emergency repairs.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as an engineering manager or similar leadership role in the transport industry.
- Strong technical background in vehicle maintenance, ideally buses or HGVs.
- Exceptional organisational and leadership skills.
- A knack for problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
- A commitment to safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
