Location: Ipswich (Main Dealership)

We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for an experienced and customer-oriented Parts Manager to join the dynamic Parts Department at a reputable main dealership in Ipswich.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Alternate Saturdays: 8:00 am – 12:00 pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their parts inquiries and orders.
- Oversee parts ordering, stock management, and efficient invoicing processes to maintain smooth department operations.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of bookings, payments, and other administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize sales performance and parts availability.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in a parts management role, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Strong teamwork skills with a focus on enhancing overall sales and profitability.
- Highly customer-focused with a passion for delivering top-notch service and exceeding customer expectations.
- Excellent organizational and stock management skills.
- A valid driving license is required.
