Location: Leicester
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 Basic + Company Car
Schedule: Monday to Friday – Day Shifts

Parts Manager – Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day running of the parts department for plant and powered access machinery
- Source and order parts efficiently to reduce downtime across the fleet
- Maintain accurate stock levels, inventory control, and procurement records
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate pricing where appropriate
- Liaise with workshop, service, and hire teams to ensure timely delivery of parts
- Implement systems and processes to improve efficiency and customer service
- Lead and support junior parts staff (if applicable)
Parts Manager – Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Parts Manager or Senior Parts Advisor role (plant, powered access, agricultural, or similar industries preferred)
- Good understanding of plant and access equipment parts and components
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to use parts ordering/stock management systems
- Full UK driving licence
