Job Title: Service Advisor (Motor Trade)
Salary: Up to £38,000 OTE
Location: Pirbright
We are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor to join a highly regarded Premium dealership in Pirbright. With a legacy spanning over 50 years, this dealership represents a household name brand known for its loyal and repeat customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally communicate required service and repair work to customers.
- Provide accurate cost estimates and advise on additional products and services based on customer needs.
- Efficiently manage timescales and collection arrangements.
- Prepare job cards using the in-house system.
- Maintain and update customer and vehicle records while ensuring all warranty work complies with manufacturer policies.
- Prepare and complete invoices promptly.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a Service Advisor or similar role within the motor trade.
- A proven ability to upsell products and services.
- A valid UK driving license.
- Exceptional communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Strong multitasking abilities and excellent attention to detail.
