About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Trainee HGV Technician to join our dynamic team in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in heavy goods vehicle (HGV) maintenance and repair, with a structured path to qualification and career progression.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in performing routine maintenance and repairs on HGVs, ensuring work meets high safety and quality standards.
Diagnose and rectify mechanical and electrical faults under supervision.
Learn to use specialized diagnostic tools and equipment.
Work collaboratively with senior technicians to gain hands-on experience in HGV systems.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental policies.
