Job Title: Vehicle Technician – Main Dealership

Salary: Up to £38,000 (based on qualifications, accreditations, and experience)
Bonus: Uncapped bonus scheme
Hours: Monday to Friday, with Saturday mornings on a rota (1 in 4)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Overview:
We are working with a reputable main dealership in Leicester seeking a qualified and experienced Vehicle Technician. This is a great opportunity to join a busy service department with strong career development, competitive earnings, and manufacturer training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs to high standards
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults accurately
- Follow manufacturer and dealership guidelines at all times
- Work effectively within a team to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain a safe and clean workshop environment
Essential Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent)
- At least 2 years’ experience as a Vehicle Technician or Car Mechanic
- Main dealership or fast-paced workshop background preferred
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding abilities
