Vehicle Technician (Workshop & Mobile – 50/50 Split) Location: Tunbridge Wells
Salary: £42,500 per annum
Realistic OTE: £48,100 – Potential OTE: £52,000+

What’s on Offer?
- Monday to Friday – 7:00am – 4:30pm (flexible start/finish times)
- 42.5-hour working week
- Overtime paid at 1.5x (£28.80 per hour)
- Guaranteed 15 hours of overtime per month
- Earnings potential up to £52,000 per year
- Company van and fuel card provided (for mobile work)
- All mobile work is door-to-door
- EV training provided through the company
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a range of light commercial vehicles (LCVs)
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults efficiently
- Conduct vehicle inspections and ensure all work is completed to the highest standard
- Perform breakdown and roadside repairs when required as part of the mobile aspect of the role
- Maintain accurate service records and complete job cards as necessary
- Work independently and as part of a team to ensure smooth workshop operations
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Vehicle Technician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair)
- Experience working with LCVs in a workshop or mobile setting
- Strong diagnostic skills and proficient in cam belt and clutch repair
- A proactive approach and excellent problem-solving abilities
- Full UK driving licence
