Job Title: Vehicle Technician
Location: Newcastle-under-Lyme
Salary: £28,577 – £32,192 per annum + Average uncapped bonus of £4,800 per year (with potential to earn more)
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule: 5 days a week (Closed on Sundays)

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine servicing and maintenance on a variety of vehicles
- Perform complex repairs and replacements, including clutches, timing belts, and diagnostics
- Diagnose and repair issues with vehicle electrics, brake systems, steering, and suspension
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and ensure safety and compliance with regulations
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent OR time-served experience
- Driving License: Full UK driver’s license with no more than 9 points
- Experience: Proficient in diagnostic work (brakes, steering/suspension, engine) and complex repairs (coolant/diesel injectors, head gasket, brakes, electrical)
- Training: Access to hybrid training, ATA & MOT Tester Qualifications
