Salary: Basic up to £40,000 basic + OTE

Overview:
An established and reputable main dealership in Bury St Edmunds is looking for an experienced and qualified Workshop Controller to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
Key Benefits:

- Holiday Entitlement: 25 days, including bank holidays, rising to 28 days with service
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm, with 1 in 4 Saturdays

Job Responsibilities:
- Team Liaison: Work closely with the Service Department and respond to any queries from other departments.
- Work Planning: Plan and manage incoming work, ensuring tasks are allocated effectively.
- Resource Management: Supervise and manage technicians, ensuring productivity is maximised and deadlines are met.
- Task Delegation: Assign appropriate tasks to technicians based on their skill levels and availability.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Workshop Controller, Automotive Workshop Controller, or in a similar role within a main dealership environment.
- Strong team player with the ability to recognise individual responsibilities.
- Clean driving licence.
