Position: Workshop Controller
Location: Norwich
Salary: Up to £40,000 OTE
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:30; 1 in 4 Saturdays

Key Responsibilities:
Liaison with Service Department: Serve as the primary contact between the workshop and the service department to ensure effective communication and resolution of queries.
Workload Planning: Oversee the planning and allocation of tasks to your team to meet productivity targets and deadlines.
Team Management: Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure high standards of work are maintained.
Maximise Productivity: Ensure the workshop operates efficiently and maintains high-quality standards.
Requirements:
Experience: Proven experience as a Vehicle Workshop Controller, Car Workshop Controller, or similar automotive workshop management role. Mechanical experience required.
Team Player: Ability to work effectively as part of a team and take responsibility for individual tasks.
Driving License: A clean driving license is essential.
Qualifications: Minimum of level 2
