Job Title – Workshop Manager
Industry – Fleet Automotive
Salary – £45,000 – £50,000
Shift – Monday to Friday, Day Shift
Location – Inverness
I am currently working with a nationwide Bus operator in the Inverness area who are now looking to expand their team with the addition of a qualified Workshop Manager.
Requirements for Workshop Manager:
- Previous experience as a Workshop Supervisor or Workshop Manager is essential.
- Ideally have a formal qualification to NVQ level 3 in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Effective team management skills
Workshop Manager Duties:
- Deliver high standards of customer service.
- Set and ensure KPIs are met by the engineering team.
- Assist with the training of apprentices as well as new and existing members of staff.
- Oversee preventative maintenance.
- Ensure Health & Safety is being always adhered to.
