Job Title – Engineering Manager
Salary – £52,766 per annum
Shift – Monday to Friday
Location – Dumbarton
I am currently working with a nationwide Bus operator in the Dumbarton area who are now looking to expand their team with the addition of a qualified Engineering Manager.
Requirements for Engineering Manager:
- Previous experience as a Workshop Manager is essential.
- Ideally have a formal qualification to NVQ level 3 in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
- Car driving licence is essential, PSV licence is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills
- Effective team management skills
Engineering Manager Duties:
- Run the depot.
- Deliver high standards of customer service.
- Oversee the day to day running of the workshop.
- Assist with the training of apprentices as well as new and existing members of staff.
- Oversee preventative maintenance.
- Ensure Health & Safety is being always adhered to.
