Key Responsibilities:

As a HGV Workshop Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Take charge as the HGV Workshop Manager, overseeing all aspects of workshop operations.
  • Manage a small team of technicians and mechanics, ensuring efficiency and quality in all repairs.
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of HGVs and municipal vehicles to meet high standards.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
  • Implement and maintain an effective fleet maintenance schedule.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure fleet availability meets operational demands.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of repairs, inspections, and stock levels.

Requirements:

To be well-suited to this role as a HGV Workshop Manager, you should have:
