Key Responsibilities:
As a HGV Workshop Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Take charge as the HGV Workshop Manager, overseeing all aspects of workshop operations.
- Manage a small team of technicians and mechanics, ensuring efficiency and quality in all repairs.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of HGVs and municipal vehicles to meet high standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Implement and maintain an effective fleet maintenance schedule.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure fleet availability meets operational demands.
- Maintain comprehensive records of repairs, inspections, and stock levels.

Requirements:
To be well-suited to this role as a HGV Workshop Manager, you should have:

- Relevant qualifications (City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent) are highly desirable.
