Agricultural Engineer – Winchester
Holt Recruitment is working on behalf of a well-established family-run agricultural dealership seeking an experienced Agricultural Engineer to join their Winchester depot. Fantastic opportunity to join a business that really values it’s staff and offers great career paths with ongoing training.
Package:
- £35,000 – £45,000, flexible depending on experience.
- Monday to Thursday: 8am – 5pm, Friday: 8am – 4pm (basic 39-hour week).
- Overtime paid at time and a half (Mon-Sat) and double time (Sun and bank holidays).
- Weekend work required during peak seasons, overtime available.
The Role:
- Service and maintain agricultural and plant machinery to high standards.
- Diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, and powertrain faults using diagnostic tools (training provided).
- Prepare detailed job reports with photos and time documentation.
- Build positive relationships with customers and upsell services.
Requirements:
- Experience working with agricultural, construction, or commercial machinery.
- Relevant qualifications in engineering are a bonus.
- Excellent time management, communication, and customer service skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
