Key Responsibilities:
As an HGV Workshop Foreman, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing all aspects of workshop operations as the HGV Workshop Foreman.
- Managing a small team of technicians and mechanics, ensuring efficiency and quality in all repairs.
- Overseeing the maintenance and repair of HGVs and municipal vehicles to meet high standards.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Implementing and maintaining an effective fleet maintenance schedule.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure fleet availability meets operational demands.
- Maintaining comprehensive records of repairs, inspections, and stock levels.

Requirements:
To be well-suited to this role as an HGV Workshop Foreman, you should have:
- Strong technical knowledge of HGV maintenance, repair processes, and diagnostics.

- Relevant qualifications (City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent) are highly desirable.
